Simultaneous surface and skeleton optimization

Unlike the standard skeleton-based and pure-surface-based models, in this work we estimate both surface deformation and skeletal poses jointly in one energy function. This is achieved by adding one additional energy term that enforce the consistency between skeletons and surface shapes.
